We do our utmost to process and ship your order as soon as your payment in received. Please be patient and allow us some order processing time between payment, labeling, packing, and shipping of your order. After receiving 'order shipped' notification from us, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail from our shippers GLS or DHL, depending on your country including your tracking number, and delivery information. If you do not receive an email with tracking information from GLS or DHL 24 hours after receiving 'shipped' status notification from us, please notify us, otherwise we consider that you have assumed responsibility of your parcel delivery. Please follow your parcel closely using your tracking number and make sure you are there to receive it on the day of delivery. In case of continuous failure of delivery attempts and lack of due diligence in collecting the parcel we shall not replace or refund the order.
